EN 853 2SN High Pressure Hydraulic Rubber Hose

EN 853 2SN high pressure hydraulic hose has two-braid high tensile steel wires. The EN 853 2SN steel wire reinforced hydraulic hose is structured with three components: the tube, reinforcement, and cover. The tube consists of a high-quality synthetic rubber blend, providing resistance against abrasion, corrosion, and oil. Reinforcement includes two layers of high-tensile steel wires, enabling the hose to perform efficiently under high-pressure conditions. The cover is crafted from synthetic rubber to resist abrasion, weathering, cuts, aging, and sunlight. The hose is designed for transporting water and petroleum-based hydraulic fluids within a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C, with the ability to handle intermittent temperatures up to 120°C. It is predominantly utilized in outdoor settings such as coastal areas, forests, factories, and similar environments that require strong abrasion resistance.
